Access and security
At the site assessment we agree exactly how the team gets in and out: keys or codes, who holds them, alarm arm and disarm procedure, which areas are off-limits, and what happens if a staff member is still on site.
Those details are written into the cleaning programme rather than passed on verbally, so they survive staff changes on both sides.
Getting the whole facility done in the window
- Rooms sequenced so clinical spaces are done while the team is freshest
- Public areas and floors completed last to avoid re-soiling
