When you submit a cleaning assessment request we collect the details you provide: facility name and type, address and locality, cleaning requirements, contact name, role, business name, mobile number, email address and any notes you add.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your cleaning requirements, arrange a site assessment where appropriate, and prepare a cleaning proposal. We do not sell or trade your information.

Form submissions are sent from your browser to our own server, which emails the enquiry to our team and sends you a confirmation. Enquiry emails are stored in our business mailbox. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting service relationship.

We do not share your details with third parties except where required by law, or where a service provider (such as our email host) processes the data on our behalf in order to deliver the message.

This website does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
