Information on this site describes our cleaning services in general terms. Guides and checklists are provided for information only and do not constitute infection-prevention, clinical or regulatory advice. Your own policies and professional obligations take precedence.

Submitting a cleaning assessment request does not create a contract. Cleaning proposals depend on facility size, frequency, treatment-room count, required areas, timing and site-specific requirements, and are issued in writing following an assessment. Services are supplied under the terms set out in the accepted proposal.

Puresite Clinical Cleaning provides environmental cleaning services. We do not perform clinical instrument cleaning, disinfection or sterilisation, and we do not handle regulated clinical waste unless separately agreed in writing.

You may not use this website or its forms to transmit unlawful, misleading or automated bulk content, or to attempt to interfere with the site's operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
